“Based on the existing 5-star reviews, I called J & J Heating to give me a quote for closing off a heating duct before my kitchen remodel, and for an opinion on my gas fireplace insert. Jeremy came out and cleaned my fireplace insert, so it now looks almost new. He told me what I could do to make it work better for me, and he also checked out my heating system, including inserting a new filter. Jeremy is one of the nicest service providers that I've ever had at my house! Given that I am in the process of collecting bids for my kitchen and bath remodel, Jeremy also provided me with the names of contractors whom he recommends and has worked with. He discussed several options and even took the time to do a water test with a hose to try to determine what was causing moisture down our chimney. I would call him out again if I had any chimney issues.”

“We had installed a direct vent wall furnace, a direct replacement for one that had died. The pilot on the new furnace would shut off after a day or two. After a brief attempt at repair, the company that hooked it up refused to follow up with the manufacturer and suggested that we replace it with a much more expensive unit. I contacted J&J after a referral from a friend and Jeremy came out to see if he could help. After attempting a couple of things recommended by the manufacturer with no success, he continued to work with the manufacturer on a solution. I might add that he had some poor customer service from the manufacturer in returning his calls, texts and emails, but he stuck with it to final resolution. Thank you Jeremy”
