Incentives: where to look, and what changed.
We participate in heat pump and electrification programs and help customers through their requirements. Programs open and close and amounts change, so here is where to check and how we help.
We won't quote a rebate we can't verify.
Programs change often. We'd rather point you to the source than promise a number that may have changed by the time you apply.
When you call for a heat pump or other electrification estimate, we look at what is open for your address and tell you what we find. We give you the model numbers and a clear invoice, which most programs ask for.
Rebates depend on your utility, your income, the equipment and the date. Always confirm the current terms with the program itself.

Before you sign anything.
- Does the program require a licensed contractor and a permit? (We're licensed, and your proposal lists the permit.)
- Does it need preapproval before the work starts?
- Does the equipment have to be on an approved list?
- Is there a deadline, or a limited pool of funds?
- How long after the work until you are paid?
Common questions.
Anything else, call or text me.
Is the federal tax credit for heat pumps still available?
The federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit under section 25C ended for property placed in service after December 31, 2025, unless Congress brings it back. Check the IRS page for current rules and talk to a tax professional.
Are there local rebates for heat pumps?
Sometimes. Utility, state and regional programs open and close, and amounts and eligibility change. We tell you what we find when you call.
Will you apply for rebates for me?
Yes, we help. We participate in programs such as TECH Clean California and 3C-REN, and we help you through the requirements, including when a heat pump replaces gas heating. Eligibility and funding vary, so we can't promise an amount.
Call or text Jeremy.
Tell me about the room or the system and we'll set up a free estimate. For a repair, text me a photo of the unit first. It often saves a trip.
