Jeremy came out and cleaned my fireplace insert, so it now looks almost new. He told me what I could do to make it work better for me, and he also checked out my heating system, including inserting a new filter. Jeremy is one of the nicest service providers that I've ever had at my house! He discussed several options and even took the time to do a water test with a hose to try to determine what was causing moisture down our chimney. “We had installed a direct vent wall furnace, a direct replacement for one that had died. The pilot on the new furnace would shut off after a day or two. After a brief attempt at repair, the company that hooked it up refused to follow up with the manufacturer and suggested that we replace it with a much more expensive unit. After attempting a couple of things recommended by the manufacturer with no success, he continued to work with the manufacturer on a solution.
